Malzemeler:

200 gr pastırma
½ su bardağı et suyu
3 su bardağı pirinç
2 su bardağı mercimek
5 adet soğan
3 ½ yemek kaşığı tereyağı
½ çay bardağı  zeytinyağı
Yapılışı:
3 su bardağı pirinç ıslatılır. 2 su bardağı mercimek haşlanır. Pirinçler, 5 bardak su ve yarım bardak et suyunda pişirilir. 5 adet soğan ince doğranır, 3,5 yemek kaşığı tereyağı ve yarım çay bardağı zeytinyağında iyice kavrulur. Üzerine 200 gr pastırma eklenip kısa süre kavrulur. Pilav, haşlanan mercimekle karıştırılır, pastırma ve soğanlı karışım da üzerine yerleştirilir.
Pastırmalı Alapilav, servise hazırdır.
