Kanser artık git gide yayılan ve birçok kişi etkisi altına alan hastalıklardan oldu. Erkek, kadın hatta çocuklarda dahi kansere yakalanma oranı yavaş yavaş artmaktadır. Fakat kanserden korunmak da bir nevi bizim elimizdedir. Bunun için yapmanız gerekene şey kanserden koruyucu besinler tüketmektir.

Kanserden korunmak için bağışıklık sitemini güçlendirici besinler tüketmek gerekir. Domates, biber organik tüketildiği zaman kanserle savaşan sebzelerdir. Bu sebzeler hafif diri kalacak şekilde tüketilmesinde fayda vardır.  Turp, brokoli, kırmızı biber yine kanserle savaşan diğer sebzelerdir. Soğan da antioksidan özelliği vardır. Sarımsak ise kanı sulandırıcı özellik gösterir. Narın kendisini de yemek oldukça önemlidir. Yaşlanmayı geciktirmektedir. Bununla beraber balık, yoğurt kanserden koruyan diğer meyveler arasındadır.
