Malzemeler:

½ kg turunç
5 su bardağı toz şeker
4 bardak su
2-3 damla limon suyu
10 diş karanfil

Yapılışı: Turunçlar bütün haldeyken kabuklarının üst kısmı rendelenir, iç kısımları atılır. Elde kalan kabukların beyaz iç kısmı soyulur. Kabuklar rulo haline getirilir, dikilir ve ipe dizilir. Acısının çıkması için 3 gün boyunca sabah ve akşam suyu süzülür. 2 kez haşlanır, soğuk sudan geçirilir. 5 su bardağı toz şeker ve 4 bardak suyla şerbeti hazırlanır. Turunç kabukları, parlak bir renk alana kadar şerbetin içinde kaynatılır. Ocaktan almaya yakın birkaç damla limon suyu ve 10 diş karanfil ilave edilir. Turunç Reçeli, servise hazırdır.
