Washington Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’nde yapılan bir araştırma, kalp krizinin en önemli ölüm nedenleri arasında yer aldığı Batılı ülkeleri yakından ilgilendiriyor.

Yedi yıl süren bu araştırmada yaş ortalaması 51’in üzerinde olan gruptan 22 kişi özgürce beslenirken diğer 22 kişi ise yüzde 25 daha az kalori içeren sağlıklı gıdalarla beslendi.

İkinci gruptakilerin sağlık kontrolleri yapıldığında kalplerinin 30’lu yaşlardaki gibi çalıştığı ortaya çıktı.

Bu araştırmanın sonuçlarını kendi hayatınızda görmek istiyorsanız işe her gün yüzde 10-15 oranında kalori azaltması ile başlayabilir ve zaman içinde bunu yüzde 25’e çıkarabilirsiniz.
